Overview
The oldest transit system in the US, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), is revolutionizing fare purchasing with T-Pass. This removes the need for outdated and inconvenient ways by enabling passengers to not only stay up to date, but also pay their fare directly from their mobile devices.

THE PROBLEM
Customers find that the MBTA's fare purchase options are inconvenient, and delayed to today's advanced technologies.
THE SOLUTION
An easy-to-use app that serves as the user's one-stop shop for all things MBTA, available for use at any time or location throughout the system.
User Interviews
To further define the problem, user interviews were held at MBTA stations and public spaces in the Boston area, where MBTA riders and Bostonians provided crucial insight into common pain points surrounding the city's transit system.
Questions
In order for the interviews to be truly beneficial to the research process, a set of both quantitive and qualitative questions were added to the questionnaire.
